The recent development of Information Technology breaks all the barrier of all clandestine political maneuver of  even the superpower. Even a small nation or organization now can reach the end of the world to voice out their current plight.If it is not to the Internet, maybe the whole world is still tied up by the big news network like BBC and CNN who were just bringing the news they like the people to hear and see . The whole world now is like a small apple in terms of communications ,thanks to the Information superhighway that nothing now is so sacred not to publish over the net and have it blogged worldwide.

The truth now is more prevalent to come out rather than lie, because the whole world can see what is the facts behind the fabricated story ,political maneuver and all the lot of information which was not possible to reach by normal people of this world in the past. The exposure through the net is very effective tools to combat the selfish ambition of some country to colonize and trample the rights of the people. More diminished Kingdom and governance is now coming out to protest the wrongdoing of the powerful nations that control them by force and deceit for hundreds of years.

The Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom is one of the prime example of the diminished kingdom through the manipulations of the political country and entity it is now under. The striking legal ,historical and traditional evidence manifest for itself but due to the more powerful ,deceitful and greed manipulations, the kingdom was strip out of power , the manipulators has clamped the most important factor to stay as an entity nation, and this is the economic capacity to govern. This case no matter you look at it clearly points out that Malaysia is illegally holding, administering, and ruling Sabah island base on  clear and  legal basis. Diverting to political maneuver seems working  well in the past but this tactic was now overdue, the said paying of claimant sultans is also now exposed, the creation of LIC in the center of the kingdom through MNLF and MILF is much more ripe to the understanding of all nations today.

Yong Teck Lee admits that Sabah did not join Malaysia. Sabah is not branch of Federal Malaysia. Sabah is partner to the Federation of Malaysia and therefore the Law of Federal Malaysia is not applicable to Sabah. Hiew King Cheu question the payment being made by Malaysia to the Sultanate of Sulu and was admitted by foreign ministerDatuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim , that the implementation of payment is based on 1939 High Court of North Borneo Ruling made by Judge C.F. McKaskie . This ruling also clearly allowed the audit and inventory of the Sabah property of Royal Sulu and North Borneo kingdom. No matter what Alibi will used by Malaysia ,it boiled down to one thing that Malaysia has no right to hold Sabah from it's owner the Royal Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom.

Malaysia can truly hang a bit more but this will only create agony in the end. Whatever Malaysia takes will return ten times fold and so selling the patrimonial lands of the Royal Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom will reciprocate back to them in the end. The saying that " You will pay what you owe " is always true. "What ever does not belong to you will not profit you". Malaysia must not contend of her own power by trampling the already diminished  nation kingdom of the Royal Sulu and North Borneo - What ever come up will come down and whatever is under will truly rise,history repeat for itself and for the past 600 years , the Royal Sulu and North Borneo has suffered far more than any other nation of this world.

The allowing of Malaysia to exercise  the proprietary ownership over Sabah could be a good gesture to show compassion to co-muslims. This will erase the past animosity of possible hatred that accumulated over the past many years. Malaysia has to immediately recount what she owe to the owner of Sabah ,lest the penalty for illegal occupation and harnessing of Sabah resources without the concession of the owner will compound to long cipher of interests.Malaysia has to consider before too late that the illegal occupation of Sabah will only hurt their image and their credibility as a country in the end.
