The current spate of mass killing in Maguindano and said committed by the Muslims and Christians these last few weeks has seems moving in a turtle pace speed, the remains of the muslims and Christian victims has long been returned to dust but the wheel of justice is not even turning. The problem of our current justice system evolved in such way that pretend nothing has happened until proven guilty is but righteous, only to be left manipulated by the skillfull lawyers who presumed the killers innocent until they manifest their argument in the court of law run by the same logic of the innocence presumption.

This kind of justice system put too much trust to those lawyers ,who after all are just a simple person with own culpability to make errors and  most of all, the  personal interest to do his job , to be fame and make a lot of money in depending the said killers.The Sharia Law is the only justice system closer to the wisdom of King Solomon and patterned after the law of spiritual  principle. Even the current law and justice system can be said similar to the Sharia law , the difference is the people that run the justice system.The tolerance given to the criminals is so much that any accused who, can afford to pay clandestine of lawyers will most likely to prolong the judgement and bail out their client in some degree ,due to their skillfull technicalities of arguments.Defense lawyers can employ a delaying tactics to wear out the complainants who cannot afford the long course of time and cost to capitalize the case in obtaining justice.

The rotten justice system of this country has clogged up the penitentiary that houses the criminal and the victims of the social proceedings. Not all people has comitted the crime but said to be a victim of judiciary flaw for being a poor fellow to defend his case.The Jury system is much more closer to the Sharia Law for it is being decided by the respected and sensible people of the community who has knowledge of the people  of their respected area. The Jury system is said to be less keen to corruption because it does not necessitate to become a lawyer to prescribe the truth. The Jury system call for human service rather than a paid lawyer to patch up the case with  invented evidence to satisfy his client.

Combining the Sharia and Jury system is the only effective measure to prescribe the punishment for the criminals that cannot be manipulated by the skillfull lawyers. The facts, the actual and the physical evidence is a very strong indications of truth regardless of technicality being employed by the lawyers ,that can facilitate the swift punishment of the criminals.
